Payment

I accept paypal and money transfers. PayPal accepts both credit and debit cards, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
Please message me if you are interested in paying by money transfers. I will ship the item once the money is received and clears at the bank.

For other payment method, please message me so we can discuss the possibilities.

Shipping

Processing Time:
As all my jewelry is handmade, the time I need to prepare your order before shipping varies, it can be from 1-3 days for "ready pieces" to 1-2 weeks for pieces I need to make and for custom orders depending on the time allowed for thought process, design, back and forth emails with customer to finetune the decision, production.. it usually can take 1-2 months before I can send the finished piece. For specific details, refer to the individual item and in any case if you need your order urgently contact me and I will do my very best.

Shipping & Delivery Times:
I ship via Spanish air mail and/or UPS Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within the stated processing times on each item. Both shipping are certificated and include tracking. Please give me a phone number for it. In certain cases I may also need you passport/ID number for customs clearing.

Spanish air mail states that delivery to Europe takes anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks, to USA and most of the international other destinations from 2 to 3 weeks.

UPS states that delivery to Europe takes 48h and to other destinations from 3 to 6 days.

I cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or lost packages.

Buyers are solely responsible for any customs and import taxes and/or fees that may apply. You can find out more information by contacting the authorities in your country of residence. 

I am shipping to the address you provide in my website order not Paypal, if you prefer another address please let me know it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

My objective is for you to be thrilled with your jewelry and your transaction. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me so we can make it right.

MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOM items (such as rings made in your size) - These items are not returnable and can not be exchanged as they were made specifically for you. Occasionally, rings are ordered in the wrong size. If this occurs, and if the ring you have ordered is a design that I am able to resize, I will do so at an extra charge of EUR 30.00 plus shipping.

COLLECTION items: For any item that was purchased from my collections, I am happy to do refunds or exchanges (excluding shipping costs) for any reason within 5 days of purchase. Refunds will be given and exchanges will be sent once the item has arrived safely back to me in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item.

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at amelie@amelielan.com and send your item to: C/ Carders 46 Barcelona Barcelona ES 08003.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over EUR 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional policies and FAQs

Please make sure you know your ring size. Do not guess or measure with a piece of string or tape measure. For the most accurate size you can go to any jewellery counter and ask for a measurement. 

If you have purchased a ring and you find you have ordered the incorrect size , I can resize it for free.You will be responsible for all shipping cost.
